The festival is held in Ningbo County, known as ¡°the National Model of Ecological County¡±. The fantastic scenery in the county once attracted the famous historical tourist Xu Xiake, who wrote a number of verses to depict its beauty.
It should be "Ninghai county",not Ningbo county, a big mistake!!!

As we know,you can go to Ningbo North Bus Station to buy the tickets include the bus from Ningbo to Ferry Station and also the ship from Ferry Station to Putuoshan. The cost is 70rmb/person.The time is from 6:30am-4:40pm.Every one hour for one trip.

First u can take the bus from shanghai to ningbo in Shanghai south bus station(which located near Shanghai Stadium) it will take about 2.5 hrs.then u can directly change the bus in Ningbo south bus station to Baifeng Pier then take the ship to go to putuo mountain.
