13th Ningbo International Fashion Festival will open from October 21 to 25. During the festival, a large evening performance named "Happy Tour in China" by CCTV will be held in Ningbo on the evening of October 22 on the Fubang Stadium.
    The festival will consist in the following four programs: the expo of clothes, the exhibition of brand clothes, the week of fashion for the young people, and the clothes culture of the mass.There will be 8 to 10 brand clothes shows, and exhibitions of the works of excellent designers.
    The programs during the week of fashion for the young people include the 9th Ningbo Children Dress Cultural Festival, 2009 China (Ningbo) Young Designers' Works Contest, and 2009 China Ningbo Wedding Ceremony and Clothes Show.
